Join us Sunday April 21st or Sunday April 28th for an all day Set Up Workshop, learning the ins and outs of setting up your instrument!
We'll be discussing a number of common and industry terms, the correct way to identify and diagnose action problems, and what physics play a role in your instrument as a usable tool for making music. We'll also be discussing common misconceptions and the often overlooked details of adjusting a setup. You should leave this workshop with a deeper understanding of guitars and how they work in general.
More than just performing a setup, this workshop will allow you to maintenance your instruments equipped with Tune-O-Matic, hardtail (Tele style), or Traditional Tremolo style bridges the proper way, and fine tune with small adjustments with every string change.
You'll never look at a guitar the same way again. Know what you should be looking for when purchasing a new instrument, and the financial implications of possibly missing a key flaw. Learn the sometimes unfortunate truth about factory production guitars new and old, and what their limitations are. Where did the manufacturer cut corners? What's the most important part of your guitar, and what is the playing surface telling you?

Some have expressed that the $350 ticket for the workshop may be out of their budget, but considering the average cost of a set up, multiplied by the number of guitars a player may own, the yearly cost of maintenance can easy surpass the cost of investing in yourself and learning an applicable skill!
