April 13th - John Vanderslice at IST prestented by Undertow

Join us April 13th for an intimate performance and Q&A with singer-songwriter, producer and engineer John Vanderslice!

This is John's second time at IST and will be joined by his partner Maria. The evening is presented by Undertow and is a part of John's Midwest tour and tickets must be purchased in advance.

Undertow Shows are intimate events hosted by fans in private spaces. We've helped artists play in many rad environments - such as: living rooms, lofts, recording studios, coffee shops, museums, yoga studios, bike shops, churches, indoor skate parks, and more. Each show is completely unique and we try to find the most accommodating spaces for both the artist and the fans. Things we always try to consider when choosing show locations; acoustics of the room, accessibility, available seating and proximity to parking and public transportation.

Show location
We list the zip code for each show so you know the general area where it's happening. You'll get the full address when your ticket purchase is complete. We do it this way because these shows are hosted by fans in a private spaces and we don't want folks showing up trying to buy tickets at the door. The hosts don't handle any funds or ticket sales on-site. All tickets must be purchased in advance directly from Undertow.

Tickets
No paper tickets will be sent. A link to download a PDF ticket will be on the confirmation page after your transaction is complete. You'll also get an automated email with info on how to access your tickets. Please double check the accuracy of your email address before your purchase. We need the correct email address to deliver tickets to you. You'll have access to download your tickets anytime before the show by visiting the download link in your order confirmation email.

Admission
Bring your PDF ticket to the show (printed or on your phone). Your PDF ticket includes the address, parking info, and other details. Please don't share this info with anyone outside of the people you are bringing to the show. In addition, your name will be on the guest list at the door. All tickets will be listed under the purchaser’s name. Groups of two or more must arrive with the purchaser (example: Jeff Lebowski +3). You just need to bring one copy of your ticket for everyone in your group. No one will be allowed to enter unless they have purchased tickets through Undertow and their name is on the guest list. No additional tickets will be sold at the door.

Show Time
Arrival time and show time will be on your ticket. It varies for each show.

Seating
Most shows are general admission floor seating. We'll mention on each ticket what kind of seating is available and if you should bring a pillow or cushion to sit on the floor.

Audio/Video
Please, no audio or video recording of the show. Non-flash photography is okay if done discreetly and with respect for the performance and other guests. Constant use of cameras, phones, etc... can be very distracting. So please use your best judgement. Thanks for helping us make the show a good experience for everyone!

Age Requirements
Undertow Shows are ”All-Ages” unless noted otherwise on the individual show ticketing page. We love kids! And we love parents who want their kids to experience live music. So yes, it’s cool to bring your kid to a show. All we ask is that restless kids be taken outside until they settle down - we don’t want to interrupt the show or disturb other guests. Kids 12 and up need to have their own paid ticket. Kids 11 and under don’t need a ticket when attending with a parent. 

All Sales Are Final / No Refunds
Due to the limited number of tickets for each show please make sure you can attend before you make your purchase. 

Name Changes / Ticket Transfers
If you can no longer attend a show, you can give or sell (at face value) the tickets to a friend. Please contact us at least 24 hours before the show to transfer your tickets so we can change the name on the guest list.
