Product description

In the shop we have a Vintage Parlor Guitar conversion from Steve Chipman of VintageParlorGuitars.com.

This guitar features a 1940s blue label Kay body and a Harmony neck and a 2 transducer Pure Archtop K&K pickup.

The guitar is currently tuned a half step down.

There is plenty of play wear to the body as well as finish cracking. The frets are in excellent condition with tons of life. Does not include a case.

Specs:

Action: 2 32nds on the bass side and between 3 and 4 32nds on the treble side

15.5" lower bout

11.25" upper bout

3.6" Body Depth

39" Full length of guitar

23.25 scale length

.88" at 1st fret, 1.1" at 9th fret

Weight: 4.20lbs

Notes from Steve:

"The neck is bolted on via the strap button into an epoxied thread. Removing the trap button removes the neck.

The K&K install was an older one where the transducers were placed more favorably for a shorter scale length, hence the reason for converting."
