Product description

The JHS Notadumble V1 is a discontinued, solderless DIY guitar pedal kit that accidentally featured a rare Dumble BBC-1 clean boost circuit instead of the intended "Box It Later" circuit.

This pedal features some slight wear as pictured but is in working condition and includes the original box, paperwork and GOOP. Here's more info from online and JHS:

"Overview and Features

  • Design: A two-in-one compact stompbox featuring a clean channel/boost and a D-style overdrive drive channel. [1]
  • Assembly: Built as a solderless kit assembled in minutes using basic hand tools. [1, 2]
  • The "Mistake": JHS intended to clone a clean boost from John Mayer's "Box It Later" Dumble pedal, but mistakenly used the circuit from his Dumble BBC-1 preamp buffer. [1, 2]
  • Discontinuation: JHS discontinued the V1 shortly after discovering the error and later introduced the V2 with the corrected circuit, while spinning off the accidental V1 circuit into a separate pedal called the Fumble
