Fender American HSS Stratocaster 2004 w/ John Mayer Lambertone Pickups

In the shop we have a 2004 Fender American Strat with a HSS John Mayer "Triple Shot HSS" Lambertone Pickup Set!

The Lambertone Triple Shot single coil mimic John Mayers 60's strat while the 4-wire Crema Humbucker  "deliver(s) velvety mids, articulate highs, and a tight low-end that never gets muddy. Designed for players who need single-coil-like clarity with humbucker depth."

This guitar is in excellent condition despite its age; There is no back plate, plenty of t-shirt swirling but no major dings or scratches. There is plenty of fret life available with only light flattening in the cowboy positions. This guitar weighs 7.8lbs and includes a gig bag.

The TRIPLE SHOT is based on John Mayer's favorite 1964 vintage Strat, but with enhanced clarity and consistency. Alnico magnets paired with a unique wire and tension combination produce beautifully smooth and velvety lead lines. The Triple Shot features a slightly chunky and springy low-end, clean and crisp highs, massive quack in positions 2/4, and all without a heavy and overbearing mid-range.

These take pedals surprisingly well and maintain incredible clarity even when you stack on the drives. Back to the basics, and they are so, so good.
