This unit is new and still in the packaging. Here's more info from Callaham. 

A fully assembled and wired control plate using the best electronic components available, and our handcrafted hardware. Our control plate allows for full access to the switch lever which traditional control plates hinder. The heavy knurled knobs guarantee positive grip for sweaty fingers for swells.

Available with several options, so please look them over carefully.

Switch comes marked with I.D. tags for location of pickup wires.

Final connections for jack have not been made. We recommend installing the jack before final connections for a cleaner wiring.

• Callaham Full Access polished stainless steel control plate with
• 2 phillips stainless steel screws
• 2 CTS 250k solid shaft pots
• 2 Callaham heavy knurled old style knobs (please specify)

Kit does not include Electrosocket. Must be purchased separately if needed.

Note: 4-way comes with a diagram.
4-way wiring is as follows: bridge only, neck/bridge in parallel, neck/bridge in series, and neck only.

Reverse wiring is where the control plate is installed rotated 180 degrees. The volume knob is first and the switch is to the rear.
