Product description
The Stella H922 is a beautifully toned guitar giving the player a rounded and full projection thanks in part to its shape and the resonance of the light weight materials. When tuning open, lead lines sing out over chords perfect for blues and folk.
This H922 is strung up as a 6-string and tuned to D-standard. This is because there is a small but stable crack in the neck, and a slight twist that makes the treble side action a bit higher as you play up the fret board. Stringing it up as a 6er also seems to be a modern trend we've noticed. There is some players wear in the form of either pick or fingernail wear below the sound hole. There is a small knick in the neck on the bass side taht does not effect playability. As pictured there is a fair amount of binding wear. This guitar is still very playable with lots of life, and is the perfect candidate for alternate tuning and slide guitar scenarios, a studio weapon!
Made in the 1960's, this was originally a catalog guitar that found its way into the hands of players like Kurt Cobain and Noel Gallagher. Neat! Now its here to inspire you!
Weighs 4.6lbs and does not include case.
